Andrey Rybkin: Menambah otot dengan Herbalife

I am 43 years old. I actively trained since I was 14, first in heavy weight lifting and then in bodybuilding. Since childhood I was interested in a healthy way of life and I always did my best to be in good shape. I managed to do it for many years.

When I was 25, I looked at men of 35-40-45, who had big bellys, thin legs and arms and thought, “t will never happen to me, because I know how to avoid it”. At that time I was a regular at the gym (4-5 times a week), was in very good physical shape and thought that it would last forever.

But as time went by, financial and daily life problems, exhausting work and age began to take their toll on me and I started looking exactly like those I was making fun of not long ago.

A man I knew from the gym, introduced me to Herbalife products. I was surprised to learn that there are products that help someone gain muscle mass without taking anabolics. I chose the weight gain program, as my dream was to be in good form at any age.

Just by adding to my daily meals 3 portions of herbal granules (dry salads) and for dessert 2-3 tasty protein shakes, I easily gained 7 kg in 2.5 months, which actually was not just weight, but trained muscle mass. Again, I felt a desire to keep in good shape and get back to active trainings.

I am now training 3-4 times a week, with weights (bodybuilding). I also run 5-6 km., 2-3 times a week and swim in an open reservoir all year round.

When I was young, I heard people say that a man becomes strong when he reaches 35-40. But it didn’t happen to me when I was 35. Now I understand that a man becomes strong when he is doing something to achieve such strength. Our future depends on the way of life we choose. I am 43 now, feel fantastic, and I haven’t been to a doctor in 8 years.

When I was introduced to Herbalife products, I understood that they would help me to be in good shape for years, to lead a long active life and to stay young, no matter what age is written on my passport.

Most importantly- I can help other people to achieve the same results – and I enjoy doing it!
